<b>The single most pressing issue facing our state is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.</b>
I'm running for a Township Office to be a 1) liaison for Services - Police, Fire & Trash to enhance the quality of life and property values for our residents; and 2)
to make sure Plymouth Township gets their fair share of State Revenue Sharing.

<b>What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?</b>
Previous experience as a Township Trustee, and, State Representative (3 terms); very involved in the greater Plymouth community as a more than 36 year resident; easily accessible to members of the community through my Office on Main St.; and, have attended Township Board Meetings (in person) for the past 3 years.

<b>What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?</b>
As State Representative I was Chair of Higher Education & Judiciary & served on the Appropriations Committee; always worked to represent my constituents in Plymouth Township & Plymouth; Small Business Legislator of the Year 2002

<b>What steps should state government take to bolster economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic for local businesses?</b>
State Government needs to step up and help our local businesses struggling to survive. It could come in the form of an Economic Stimulus package, direct financial aid as requested by individual businesses, or Tax relief.

<b>How will you address the calls for racial justice and police reform?</b>
Over the years, I have had a very good rapport with Plymouth Township Police. I would continue to listen to their concerns and work with them.

<b>List other issues that define your campaign platform:</b>
Plymouth Township must consider more Tax Abatements to continue to attract highly reputable businesses to set up shop in our community. This creates job opportunities. We must work with Wayne County to prioritize roads in the Township.

<b>What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?</b>
As 36 yr. residents, my Wife, Beth, and I continue to be very involved in the greater Plymouth Community.
