Placerville and South Lake Tahoe, the two incorporated cities in the county, do not have any citywide races or measures on the primary ballot, according to each city’s respective city clerk.

Measures

According to the Associated Press, Prop 1 would “allow the state to borrow $6.38 billion for 11,150 new treatment beds, housing and 26,700 outpatient treatment slots to serve up to 100,000 people a year.” The measure also changes how counties pay for mental health services.
