Below is a list of the candidates that have officially filed to run for public office in Lawrence County as of noon on Friday, Jan. 14. The primary election is set to take place on Tuesday, May 3, followed by the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The filing period opened on Wednesday, Jan. 5. The Times-Mail will publish candidate filings at the end of each week until the end of the filing period at noon on Friday, Feb. 4.
