Candle company in Indiana to present a check to Richmond police’s K-9 unit
The Warm Glow Candle Company in Centerville, Indiana in Wayne County will present a check to the Richmond Police Department’s K-9 unit today, according to company CEO, Justin Burkhardt.

Burkhardt tells NewsCenter 7′s John Bedell they will present a check of $26,000 at their store along I-70 at around 4:00 p.m. this afternoon.
It is the $25,000 the company made selling the custom Officer Seara Burton thin blue line candles they made and sold for one week.
They also included an extra $1,000 that the company chipped into the to pot, Burkhardt said.
Officer Burton was shot in the head during a traffic stop back on August 10 and died from her injuries on September 18.
