Cantrell joins cardiology clinic
Dec. 8—Columbia Memorial Hospital has welcomed Dave Cantrell, a certified physician assistant, as a new full-time provider in the Columbia Memorial Hospital — Oregon Health and Science University Health Cardiology Clinic.
Prior to joining Columbia Memorial Hospital, Dave worked at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. During his career, he has also worked at health care organizations in Washington state and Idaho as a physician assistant, registered nurse, flight paramedic and paramedic.
Dave earned his master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He earned his bachelor's in clinical health services from the University of Washington School of Medicine's MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program.
He is board-certified, and is a member of the Heart Rhythm Society and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
