Caramelicious new goodies at Epcot's Karamell-Küche

Amy Drew Thompson, Orlando Sentinel

As Epcot visitors approach the Germany Pavilion, they often find themselves drawn in by an alluring aroma.

No, it’s not that refreshing grapefruity Hefeweizen (though that is a good guess), it’s the sweet, buttery smells emanating from Karamell-Küche, the “caramel kitchen” that features Werther’s® Original Caramel. serving caramel apples and popcorn, cookies and brownies on the regular, but also offering all kinds of special treats from time to time.

And the time for these three is now.

We’re talking about the new Werther’s® Original® Caramel Beer Sauce and Pretzel Bites ($8.49), comprised of Werther’s caramel sauce infused with German Pilsner and served with five pretzel bites for dipping; the Werther’s® Original® Gingerbread Cookie Sandwich ($5.99) with Salted Caramel Buttercream (a salted caramel buttercream layered between soft gingerbread cookies and salted caramel sauce); and the Werther’s® Original® 4-Caramel Flight ($6.49), which presents to park guests an array featuring Chocolate Covered Amaretto Caramel, Bourbon Caramel, German Pear Liqueur Caramel and Irish Cream Caramel.

All three items are gooey and luscious, but are only available for a limited time, so get your fix before January 2020 flies the caramel coop!
