Cardi B Changed Into an Incredible Chainmail Column Gown During the 2023 Grammys

Beyoncé wasn't the only celebrity with a Grammys ceremony outfit change. Presenter Cardi B, after appearing in a mesmerizing blue cutout Gaurav Gupta gown, switched into something even more dazzling for her appearance on stage. The rapper wore a chainmail column gown with a headpiece to give out the Grammy for Best Rap Album. She and her husband Offset were also photographed walking together while she wore the dress.

Cardi recently spoke about their relationship and why she decided to stay with him after nearly divorcing him three years ago. Cardi rescinded her divorce filing in late 2020.

“Me and Offset, we was not seeing eye to eye,” she said on the Jason Lee Show, via Billboard. “This was, like, the same year that I filed for divorce and everything. The main thing that was really bothering me, I’m gonna let him say it himself…I want him to say it because I feel like that’s really part of his story. The main thing that I wanted him to stop and everything, he stopped and he changed. And it showed me that he wanted to change for me.”

“You [can] just see when somebody’s trying,” she said, referring to Offset's growth. “I feel like we got married so young, and we got married so, like, spontaneously. And we did know each other, but we kinda didn’t know each other. We just was in love with each other and we had, like, a little toxic relationship…During our marriage and by time passing, we grew. We grew with each other.”
