Cardi B is pushing for her dues from YouTuber Tasha K.

As AfroTech previously told you, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper was awarded millions of dollars in defamation damages inflicted by Tasha K.

The YouTuber had used her platform to spread outlandish lies about Cardi B, leading her to feel that she was an “ongoing threat.” Cardi B had also pushed for an injunction, which Tasha K had filed to appeal, but later retracted.

So, she also had to take down over 20 videos from her channel.

Recently, rumors swirled that Tasha K was trying to avoid her fate after she was spotted in Morocco.

In a recent Instagram post, Tasha K wrote, “Life in Africa is turning out to be exactly what I needed. A fresh start ! This week I will be releasing my first VLOG of my new life in Africa and showing you all our expanded family.”

Tasha K fueled speculation further as she followed up with a new post the next day.

“Welp, #YouTube video up in 5 minutes ! Since your fav keeps BEGGING for these little coins, ask her how she wants the 4 million ? In Guinea Francs or Ugandan Shillings,” Tasha K wrote on Instagram.

Tasha K did clear things up via Twitter revealing she was simply enjoying her stay overseas.

Regardless, Cardi B is allegedly working to expedite the process to collect her coins after filing to garnish Tasha’s account at Chase Bank, Radaronline reports.

According to a court document, Cardi B should receive $3.3 million from Tasha K. In addition, the outlet reports “Cardi demanded Chase and its employees hold all of Tasha’s property, money, wages and other assets, including property in safe deposit boxes or similar property.”

Tasha K is allegedly in conversation with the court to stop this action because of claims that the appeal is still pending. Therefore, she believes no further action should be taken until a decision has been reached.
