Career Center to host OSU vs. Michigan tailgate

SMITHVILLE – The Wayne County Schools Career Center is gearing up for its annual Ohio State vs. Michigan tailgate party 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23. The public is invited to attend. Food will be available for a donation. Profits will benefit the Culinary Arts and Hospitality customer service programs, which sponsor the event. Instructors are Peter Kerling and Kathy Hanna, respectively.

The party will be at the front of the building, and those attending are encouraged to wear colors to support their favorite team. Limited inside seating will be available in the school restaurant.

On the menu are barbecued ribs, stuffed peppers, walking tacos, pierogies, pasta, spinach dip, toasty ham sliders, buckeyes, Blue M Cake, cannoli, other desserts, beverages and more.
