Congratulations to ExxonMobil and XTO on a major recent accomplishment. Approximately 200 million cubic feet per day of natural gas produced from Permian Basin facilities have been independently certified and received the top grade for methane emissions management. ExxonMobil is the first company to achieve certification for natural gas production associated with oil. ExxonMobil has also been a great community partner and has helped with numerous projects around Carlsbad, including Packs for Hunger, numerous civic events, and by supporting our children with laptops during the COVID-19 pandemic.
