Carmen Electra Reveals She Was Basically Simon’s Puppet On BGT

Remember when former Baywatch actress Carmen Electra was a judge on Britain’s Got Talent? That was weird right?

Carmen covered for Amanda Holden for a brief spell in 2012 while the regular judge was on maternity leave.

The blonde beauty failed to win over audiences and even David Walliams joked that the only reason she was on the show was because Simon Cowell wanted to pull her. How rude.

Well Carmen has spoken about her time on the show and claims that Simon gave her hints about what to say.

Speaking at a charity event in Los Angeles, the 43-year-old star said: “I loved sitting next to Simon. He was antagonising me the whole time. He was helping me. He would tell me little hints or little things to say.”

But despite being Simon’s glamorous puppet, Carmen said that she’d love to go back on the show if a space on the judging panel ever came up. She told the Press Association: “It was a blast. I loved it. I would go back any time. If anyone’s on a break, Simon - I would love to go back.“

Carmen also said that she was amazed at how popular the show is in Britain. She added: “I had no idea, going on to set, walking out of the limousine, there would be fans everywhere who loved and support the show. It was incredible. It was a wonderful experience.”

And when asked about her relationship with David, she said: “Yeah, yeah it was fine. I remember Simon more than anything because he was cracking me up. He is so funny.”

Sounds like someone is after a job, Si.
