PORTSMOUTH — Gobsmacked! The new comedy by George Hosker-Bouley will be presented at the New Hampshire Theater Project, (formerly the West End Theater) Feb. 10 to Feb. 26, at 959 Islington St., Portsmouth, N.H., Performances are Friday and Saturday nights at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $28 for adults for $25 for seniors, students and military. Gobsmacked! The new comedy by George Hosker-Bouley is the first time Carpe Diem Inc.  will be performing live in three years thanks to COVID.  Gobsmacked! takes place in the late 1950’s on the set of “The Lovebirds”, America’s Number One sitcom.  Of course, the real action starts when the cameras are turned off and we get to see the craziness behind the scenes. A British actor with a secret? A Leading Lady with a past? A unfaithful Milkman? The nosey neighbor are all hear and ready to take you on their hilarious journey.

Gobsmacked! is the latest George Hosker-Bouley comedy, who has produced an original work a year for the last 30 years. George has won 17 Spotlight on the Arts Awards, has been presented the Key to the City of Portsmouth and just recently published his latest novel, “Crackers – A Fractured Memory”.  Gobsmacked! Stars Katy Hunt, Steve Hamel, Sarah Shanahan, Carter Short, Heidi Gagne, Keith Brocato and Hosker-Bouley.
