Carvel’s New Gingerbread Sundae Dasher Is Layered With Cookies, Caramel, and Ice Cream

While Dairy Queen has you covered with its new Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard, Carvel is going all in on its new gingerbread menu. Prepare your taste buds for a whole lot of creamy goodness and spice.

First up on the holiday menu is the Gingerbread Soft Serve. The ice cream is described as having “the taste of freshly baked gingerbread in every bite.” There’s also a Gingerbread Scooped version, aka hard ice cream, that features gingerbread ice cream mixed with crushed gingersnap cookies and caramel.

That’s not all! The Gingerbread Thick Shake is gingerbread ice cream that’s blended with crushed gingersnap cookies. But the treat that we’re most excited for is the Gingerbread Sundae Dasher. It consists of layers of gingerbread soft-serve ice cream, caramel, and gingersnap cookies. It’s topped with whipped cream and more crushed gingersnap cookies. How pretty do those layers look?!
