Cascade moves up to No. 3 in OSAA girls basketball rankings

After a big win against rival Stayton, Cascade’s girls basketball is third in the latest OSAA Class 4A rankings.

The Cougars have league games this week against Woodburn and Newport. Woodburn is No. 10 in the rankings.

There are no Mid-Valley teams ranked in the top 10 at the 6A level, but Silverton (No. 4) is at 5A, as are Willamina (No. 2) and Amity (No. 10) in 3A, Gervais (No. 1) and Salem Academy (No. 9) in 2A, and St. Paul (No. 7) in 1A.
