Casualty will reveal Dylan Keogh's fate in this Saturday's episode (November 24) following last week's shocking cliffhanger.

Dylan (William Beck) and his on-off love interest Ciara (Belinda Stewart-Wilson) were involved in a horror car crash during the closing moments of last weekend's episode, just after they had decided to give their relationship a proper go.

Following months of turmoil, Dylan had finally managed to persuade Ciara to leave her abusive husband but his actions came at a price when a vengeful Joel caused a road accident as a result.

When Ciara wakes up in the aftermath of the crash, she is distressed to hear Joel repeatedly screaming her name, but her biggest concern is with Dylan – who is unconscious.

Thankfully, an injured Dylan eventually wakes up and is soon jumping out of the car, checking everyone involved gets the appropriate treatment.

With Joel still screaming for her, Ciara becomes desperate to flee the scene as soon as possible, but is forced to go alone when Dylan refuses to leave behind those who are hurt.

Given the severity of Joel's injuries, Ciara later spots an opportunity to escape his clutches once and for all – but it's a different story for Dylan, who is plagued with doubts back at the hospital.

Unable to ignore the complexities of the situation, Dylan starts to ponder whether he can really have a future with Ciara – while she is doing some soul searching of her own as she seeks refuge on his boat.

With the pressure intensifying, fans will have to wait and see what the pair decide – but we can reveal that the story will be reaching a conclusion in Saturday's episode. Will Dylan and Ciara get their happy ending? Or is there more tragedy ahead?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, November 24 at 9.10pm on BBC One.
