Cat Country 98.7 and Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart, a proud member of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, raised more than $132,763 during the station’s Cat Country Cares For Kids Radiothon, presented by Wind Creek Atmore.

The annual event at Cordova Mall raised funds for a new neonatal transport vehicle and provided listeners with the opportunity to hear from children and their parents about the high-quality care and recovery they received at Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart, which serves the Gulf Coast.

Funds raised during the one-day broadcast completed the campaign to purchase a new neonatal transport vehicle for Studer Family Children’s Hospital. This vehicle is equipped with a specialized incubator capable of delivering a level of care comparable to what a child would receive inside the neonatal intensive care unit.
