‘Catfish: The TV Show’ Exclusive Preview: Kamie Crawford And Nev Schulman Help A Confused Boyfriend In Season Premiere

Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford are back with a new season of MTV‘s hit series, Catfish: The TV Show. This season, the stories are just as unbelievable as ever.

In the exclusive clip below for the first episode, Kamie and Nev help Anthony, aka Shi, a young man from Philadelphia who doesn’t know why his girlfriend Mira won’t meet up with him, even though they are from the same area. When he first met Mira on Tinder, she used a different name–Tatiana–age (19), and profile picture. But when they started talking on Instagram, everything was different about her, from her name (Mira), age (21), and profile picture.

This season, Nev and Kami are set to “brave the dark waters of the internet on their quest to peel back the digital masks of scammers, lovers, and liars,” according to MTV. Special guest hosts appearing this season include Devyn Simone, Laura Perlongo, Elle King and Percy Rustomji.

Catfish: The TV Show premieres Oct. 3 at 8/7c on MTV.
