Catriona Gray not saying no to becoming an actress
17 Apr – Just like her predecessor Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe Catriona Gray is not saying no to making her debut as an actor in the future.
As reported on Push, the beauty queen, who was asked about her thoughts on auditioning for the role of Darna that was recently left by actress Liza Soberano, stated that she is open to the idea of becoming an actress.
"Yes, I'm open to every opportunity that may come my way. Acting is a field that I have not yet had any experience in but I'm a very eager learner," she said.
Without talking about Darna in particular, Gray stated that she would happily audition for a certain role if there is a need for it.
Gray's name was among the many actresses that fans have listed as potential Darna since Soberano's withdrawal from the project.
Previously, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach admitted to be interested in the project, adding that she has always dreamed of playing a superhero.
