CBS color analyst Adam Archuleta and rules analyst Gene Steratore agreed that Steelers linebacker Myles Jack should have been assessed a penalty during the second quarter of Sunday's Week 11 game in Pittsburgh for his late hit on Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow.

"Myles Jack really lucky there that they didn't get him for a late hit on the quarterback," Archuleta said during CBS' broadcast. "Burrow was a runner but still."

"I think it is a late hit," Steratore said a short time later during the broadcast. "When Burrow is down, Myles Jack … gives him the business. (A 15-yard penalty) definitely would have been acceptable on that play."

Burrow completed 11 consecutive passes and threw a second touchdown pass to Samaje Perine to give the Bengals a 17-10 lead during the second quarter.
