CCTV Captures Men Fleeing Moving Vehicle as Police Investigate Shooting Report in Utica
Police in Utica, New York, were appealing for witnesses on May 4 as they released CCTV footage showing four men fleeing a vehicle following reports of shots fired on the evening of May 3.
Police were called to the area of Tilden Avenue and Armory Drive at approximately 7:30 pm and recovered “13 spent shell casings and a quantity of narcotics” at the scene.
