CDC Investigating Rare Side Effect In Vaccinated Teens

The CDC is investigating a rare COVID-19 side effect of heart inflammation among vaccinated teens.

- Well, it's a warning tonight from the CDC. The agency says it is keeping an eye on cases of heart inflammation in young people who have been vaccinated. The rare disorder called myocarditis has been reported in some teens after receiving the Pfizer or Moderna shots. Now, this condition often goes away without complications and can be caused by a variety of viruses. They also say it is there is no clear link between the vaccine and this condition.
