Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Palm Beach County with these restaurant specials
Cinco de Mayo is here and it's time to celebrate!
What better way than at one of the great local restaurants offering specials on this day.
Before you grab that margarita, shot of tequila, Modelo, Pacifico or Tecate, however, let's have a quick chat.
If you're celebrating Cinco de Mayo for the love of Mexican food, culture and drink, that's cool; but there's a deeper meaning that many Americans don't know.
Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of Mexico's victory, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza, over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
