In alignment with this message, energy companies in select states nationwide are offering eligible customers a Google Nest Thermostat and a Google Home Mini for as little as $0 (excluding shipping and taxes) with no rebate or coupons required.
For example, APS customers in Arizona or New Jersey Natural Gas customers can receive a Google Nest Thermostat for $0, ComEd customers in Chicago can receive one for $1, and Washington residents serviced by Puget Sound Energy can receive one for just $25 (over $100 off the current retail price)!
Residents of Kansas City can snag a Nest Learning Thermostat for $50 if they are customers of Evergy, while customers of SMECO and BG&E in Maryland can receive the same for $129. Both of these offers come with a free Google Home Mini
In fact, energy companies in at least 22 states will be giving away a free Google Home Mini (many require purchasing a smart thermostat of some sort). This is not the first time we’ve seen deals on the Home Mini, but whether this would be your first or your fifth smart speaker, it doesn’t hurt to maximize your home’s musical acoustics!
