Celebrate National Pie Day with the Pie Mamas of Fresno
FRESNO, Calif. (KGPE/KSEE) – It’s National Pie Day, and a locally-owned bakery, “The Pie Mamas” is making beautifully designed, made-from-scratch, delicious pies!
All of their baked goods are made by the Owners Anna Covarrubias and Marcee Rodriguez. Their pies are made daily, from scratch, made fresh with the finest & freshest local ingredients. Anna Covarrubias and Marcee Rodriguez say they are passionate about baking.
“Growing up my mom would collect vintage cookbooks and we would try all of the recipes together. Eventually, we started tweaking and perfecting recipes, making our own creations. I am excited to be able to share those delicious creations with the world,” said Owner Anna Covarrubias.
The Pie Mamas is a local cottage bakery. You can order by phone, by texting, calling, emailing, or you can send a direct message through Facebook or Instagram. You can also find The Pie Mamas at a local event such as Art Hop in Downtown Fresno.
“Growing up I remember always coming to my aunt’s house and she always had cookies or pies made from scratch, ready for anyone to enjoy. That was and still is the best feeling ever! I love that now others can have the same experience! Seeing people enjoying our cookies and pies is amazing,” said Owner Marcee Rodriguez.
Available baked goods for catering or individual orders are available as they serve, whole 10” pies, mini 4” pies, and 2.5” tiny pies. Flavors include apple pie, cherry pie, pineapple pie, apple berry pie, triple berry pie, bourbon pecan pie, and chocolate bourbon pecan pie.
The Pie Mamas say they will be at Art Hop every first Thursday, of every month at The Pi Shop in Downtown Fresno at 1755 Broadway St #101-103, Fresno, CA 93721.
