Tina Turner, a two-time Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer, 12-time Grammy winner and one of the most enduring hitmakers in history, died Tuesday at the age of 83.

Those in the music world and beyond mourned the superstar as news of her death spread Wednesday.
