'Below Deck' celebrity's connection with Trustbridge

A Trustbridge board member and realtor at Harris Brown Stevens, Chris Callahan, said he had reached out to Robinson and the star chef said he'd love to help out. Robinson has appeared on Bravo's "Below Deck" and "Below Deck Med."

It probably didn't hurt that Callahan and Robinson have been friends since they were 12 years old. Callahan said their families are good friends and would spend summers together on Cape Cod.

He joked that he gave Robinson his first cooking lessons when showing him how to microwave nachos and pizza.

When asked if the superstar chef had cooked for him and his family, Callahan laughed and said "not yet."

In addition to food and drinks, the event will feature live music by Bachman & Polk and Jutt Huffman.

There will also be a silent auction with items such as a "Cruise on the Fly" by Celebrity Cruise. This is well-suited to those capable of traveling at a moment's notice. It offers the winner and a guest multiple sailing dates and itineraries over the next 12 months with cruises that range from a few days to two weeks.

Another item up for auction is a Nantucket House Vacation which includes a one-week stay on the island between Oct. 15 and May 15 in a custom-built four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home with a pool and hot tub. The residence is close to Nantucket's South Shore.

The Sunset Soirée is sponsored by Dignity Memorial and UHS/Alan B. Miller Medical Center. Trustbridge Hospice Foundation aims to provide care for everyone in the community, including those without insurance coverage or the ability to pay. The organization treats up to 1,800 patients per day and even has volunteers who will stay with terminally ill patients who have no family during their final hours.

Donations are dedicated to the special programs and services that Trustbridge provides including comfort care, charitable care, music therapy, pet therapy, adult and children’s bereavement services and children’s bereavement camps.
