It's the highlight of Stand Up To Cancer each year, and Celebrity Gogglebox is back for the 2021 fundraiser at 7:30pm.

As well as the celebrities, some of Gogglebox's favourite regulars will take part, including the Siddiqui family, best friends Jenny and Lee, siblings Sophie and Pete, and couple Marcus and Mica.

Chat show host Graham Norton is on a different couch to usual, and his celebrity guest Michelle Visage will be watching alongside him rather than answering his questions.

Norton said: “Cancer keeps robbing us of the most wonderful people so it’s an honour for Michelle and me to be taking our places on the hallowed Gogglebox sofa for this year’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign.

“I dread to think what we’ll end up watching but it’s safe to say, some shade will be thrown."

Visage added: “I love Gogglebox and I adore Graham Norton, so this is my idea of sheer heaven.

“I lost both my adoptive and biological mothers to this awful disease so it’s incredibly important to me to support the amazing work Stand Up To Cancer do."

Comedy stars Aisling Bea and Rob Delaney are teaming up to give their views for Gogglebox.

This Way Up star Bea said: “I am more than happy to be supporting Stand Up To Cancer, [fighting] a disease which has touched too many people including my loved ones.

“It’s especially necessary this year given how much strain health services and workers have been under during the pandemic. It’s been a rotten couple of years; I hope what we raise can help take even a small bit of the edge off.”

Michael Sheen and Anna Lundberg

Actor Michael Sheen and his partner Anna Lundberg will be relaxing in front of the TV for the celebrity special.

They said: ”Supporting a brilliant cause like Stand Up To Cancer means such a lot to us both. The fact that we can sit on the sofa and watch TV – some of it slightly questionable – is a definite bonus.

"We had such fun filming and are delighted that we can join the Gogglebox families in playing our part this year.”

Adam James and Suranne Jones

Jones said: "Cancer affects way too many of us and the work being done by the Stand Up To Cancer campaign is incredible, so Adam and I are delighted to be involved."

James added: "As a longstanding fan of the show, I am thrilled to be joining the esteemed list of Stand Up To Cancer Goggleboxers alongside the marvellous Suranne."

Aitch added: “I spent a lot of my time in lockdown watching Gogglebox so it’s going to be very surreal being on one of the famous sofas.

"Despite the fact he plays for Leeds, it’ll be great fun kicking back with Kalvin, especially for such a great cause like Stand Up To Cancer… but we’ll be keeping football chat well out of it!”
