The Centerville-Washington Park district will be collecting old, non-working, or broken Christmas lights from people who live in Centerville and Washington Township.

Lights can be dropped off at any of the following locations until February 1, according to the park district’s website.

Drop-off locations:

  • CWPD headquarters building at Activity Center Park, 221 N. Main St.

  • CWPD operations building, 354 Congress Park Dr.

  • Smith House at Bill Yeck Park, 2230 E. Centerville Station Rd.

  • Kennard Nature Nook at Grant Park, 6588 McEwen Rd.

  • Robert F. Mays Park, 10553 Paragon Rd.

  • Schoolhouse Park, 1875 Nutt Rd.

String lights will be the only lights collected, and they should be in loose bundles. The park districts ask people to not drop off lights in bags or boxes.
