UPDATE: Missing and endangered teenage girl found safe, deputies say

Deputies in Marion County have been searching for Angelina Jordan, 15, who was last seen in Belleview on Thursday.

Jordan has been located and is safe, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies in Marion County are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered teenage girl.

Angelina Jordan, 15, was last seen Thursday boarding the school bus at Hands of Mercy Everywhere, Inc., located at 6017 Robinson Road, in Belleview.

According to a news release, it has not been confirmed whether she attended school that day.

Deputies said Jordan has a history of mental illness and is currently not in possession of her medication.

Angelina possibly has family in the Orange County area and has recently mentioned going there.

Jordan contacted a teenage friend online and mentioned that she was with a friend and would be returning home Friday, but she has not returned or responded since.
