The honorees on ThisWeek's Super 12 boys golf team enjoyed success at the league, sectional, district and state levels.

The Athlete of the Year in each sport will be announced at the Central Ohio High School Sports Awards, presented by Encova Insurance. The winners will be announced during the live show on June 15 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The show is produced with the support of Raising Canes and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

School: Pickerington North

Year: Senior

Brockwell wrapped up a strong high school career by averaging 75 per 18 holes and finishing one shot shy of a Division I state tournament berth.

Brockwell was OCC-Ohio Division Player of the Year, averaging 74.5 during the four-round tournament, before shooting 74 at both sectional and district. He tied for fifth at district, a shot behind the final state qualifier, Mount Vernon’s Ben Bridges.

School: Granville

Year: Senior

Budreau earned Player of the Year honors as the overall medalist in the LCL, helping the Blue Aces finish second as a team.

Then in the postseason, Budreau carded a 72 at the Division I sectional at Denison Golf Club to earn a runner-up finish and help his team finish third. Budreau then was one of 12 golfers to shoot 77 and tie for 13th at the district tournament at Apple Valley.

School: Upper Arlington

Year: Junior

Catalano was OCC-Central Player of the Year with a 70.5 average before shooting a 76 at district and 152 at state to tie for seventh place. The Golden Bears tied for second at district and eighth at state in their first appearance in the tournament since 2014.

Catalano shot a program-record 64 on Aug. 16 in the Dublin Invitational and temporarily held the individual lead in the final round at state.

School: Worthington Kilbourne

Year: Senior

Cotterman wrapped up a stellar season by tying for 24th (160) at the Division I state tournament. But it was his performance at district that made it possible, shooting a 67 to share medalist honors with Leo Walling of St. Charles.

Cotterman was OCC-Capital Player of the Year with a 74.25 average, leading the Wolves to their seventh league title. He also set the program record with a 66 to win the DeSales Invitational on Aug. 20.

School: Jonathan Alder

Year: Junior

Fox finished third in the CBC with a 72.18 average and continued that success in the postseason, advancing to the Division II state tournament.

After shooting a 72 at the Oakhaven sectional to earn the championship, Fox shot a 68 to win the district title at Turnberry as the Pioneers placed second (309), but only the team champion advanced. At state, Fox carded a 156 to tie for sixth.

School: DeSales

Year: Junior

Harber averaged 69.2 per 18 holes and finished third (70) at the Division I district tournament before tying for second (150) at state in his first appearance.

He had 10 rounds in the 60s, won four tournaments and set program records for scoring average, nine-hole score (31) and 18-hole score (63). Harber, who also was a Super 12 honoree as a junior, had two rounds of 75 at state.

School: Olentangy Liberty

Year: Freshman

Harris, who was first-team all-OCC-Central with a 74 average, was one of three freshmen on a strong Liberty team. He shot a program-record 65 in winning the Delaware County Cup on Sept. 28 at NorthStar.

Harris shot a 75 at district to tie for seventh with teammate Carter Rutherford and Dublin Coffman’s Ryan Schiefferle and a 77 at sectional to tie for fifth with Hilliard Bradley’s Eli Duncan.

Stephen Ma

School: Columbus Academy

Year: Senior

Ma led the Vikings to a second-place finish (634) in the Division II state tournament behind Kettering Alter (618). He finished third (151) to earn first-team all-state honors and set a program record by carding a 66 in the MSL-Ohio midseason tournament.

Ma was named ThisWeek Athlete of the Year in the sport as a sophomore after earning state medalist honors and also made the Super 12 team as a junior.

School: Dublin Jerome

Year: Senior

In his first season at the varsity level, Pollina tied for 21st (158) in the Division I state tournament as the Celtics finished seventh (645) behind champion Cleveland St. Ignatius (610).

He was OCC-Cardinal Player of the Year with a 75.72 average as Jerome went 20-0 for its 19th consecutive league title. Pollina also tied for eighth (77) at sectional.

School: Dublin Jerome

Year: Sophomore

Radtke played a key role in helping the Celtics finish seventh at state as he led the team by placing 11th (155). Jerome advanced to state for the 18th time in its 19 seasons.

Radtke had a 76.17 average in OCC-Cardinal play to earn first-team all-league honors and tied for eighth (77) at sectional.

School: Dublin Coffman

Year: Junior

After helping the Shamrocks reach the Division I state tournament as a sophomore, Schiefferle nearly led the program back there this fall. He shot a 75 at district as Coffman finished fourth (309) and missed advancing by two strokes.

Schiefferle finished fifth in the OCC-Central with a 76 average and followed by capturing the championship at the Darby Creek sectional with a 72.

School: St. Charles

Year: Junior

Walling, a Super 12 honoree as a freshman, shot a 67 to share medalist honors with Kilbourne’s Cotterman in the Division I district tournament as the Cardinals won the team title by shooting a 300.

At state, Walling led St. Charles with a 157, finishing 20th as the Cardinals were the top area squad, placing fifth (641) of 12 teams. St. Charles also won its 14th CCL title in a row.
