Please explain your job duties. I stock the grocery boxed and canned goods side of the store.

How has this co-op position been helpful to you? It has allowed me to work more and save up money for college. It has also helped me as a person develop certain traits.

Explain what you have learned. I have learned to be patient with customers being everywhere. You have to wait and not get in their way.

How is this job preparing you for the future? It is allowing me to work as a team player. It has developed that trait in me. I can work with anyone. In the future I will be used to it.

Has it affected your career decision? No, I am still wanting to be a physical therapist.

What have you liked about it? The amount of opportunities is countless. They work around my schedule and I can pick up hours. It's all a big family.

What is this student's position? Dario's position is a Stocking 2 Associate.

What duties does this student perform? Dario's duties range from stocking the shelves to purging the top stock and cleaning out bins in the back room.

How is this job preparing this student for the future? This job is good for teaching independence while also helping to build a good work ethic. I have no doubts that Dario has the ability to go far in life and be successful.

What do you think of this program? I think this program is a great tool to start introducing students into what adult life is like. I feel that more schools should have programs like this.

Why were you willing to participate? We participated to help grow the youth with job force acumen.
