CFB expert Phil Steele predicts how preseason AP rankings will look

Highly respected college football analyst Phil Steele recently released his 2022 season preview magazine.

Steele’s annual magazine, where he makes predictions for all sorts of scenarios and gives an outlook for every team, is one of the best, most accurate prints in the country every summer.
