CFP rankings: How did Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan and TCU do in Week 12?

After Week 12 of the college football season, each of the College Football Playoff's top four teams remain standing.

No. 1 Georgia, No. 2 Ohio State, No. 3 Michigan and No. 4 TCU will each come into the final week of the regular season undefeated.

Here's a look at how each did and which teams they will be facing to cap off the 2022 regular season.

Kentucky slows down No. 1 Georgia

It was not in dominant fashion, but Georgia continued its win streak on the road against Kentucky Saturday afternoon.

Offensively, the Bulldogs primarily used the run game, headlined by running back Kenny McIntosh, who led the team with 143 rushing yards on 19 carries and scored the team's only touchdown in the third quarter. The rest of Georgia's points were off field goals by Jack Podlesny.

While Georgia's defense allowed 206 passing yards and a touchdown to Kentucky quarterback Will Levis, the Bulldogs silenced the Wildcats' run game to 89 yards on 25 carries, recording five tackles-for-loss.

Georgia's win streak is now up to 13 games, starting with the Bulldogs' College Football Playoff semifinal win against Michigan.

Georgia will end the 2022 regular season against Georgia Tech at noon Saturday.

No. 2 Ohio State holds on against Maryland

Trailing Maryland 13-10 at the end of the first half, No. 2 Ohio State was able to regroup to earn the 43-30 victory.

Offensively, Dallan Hayden led the way with 146 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 27 carries, which helped Ohio State to a 33-23 lead with 12:36 left in the game.

A nine-point swing off a blocked extra point and Taulia Tagovailoa's second touchdown pass brought the Terrapins back to within three.

But a Noah Ruggles field goal and a strip sack by Zach Harrison that was recovered by linebacker Steele Chambers in the endzone secured Ohio State's 13-point win.

Ohio State's win streak extends to 12, which started in the Rose Bowl against Utah after the Buckeyes' 2021 loss to Michigan.

The Buckeyes will look to continue its win streak at home against No. 3 Michigan Saturday at noon.

No. 3 Michigan secures last-second win vs. Illinois

Despite struggling to stop Illinois running back Chase Brown and with running back Blake Corum leaving with an injury, No. 3 Michigan still found a way to continue its win streak, beating the Fighting Illini 19-17 at home.

The Wolverines allowed 140 yards and two touchdowns on Brown's 29 carries, the most rushing yards Michigan has allowed to a running back since Michigan State's Kenneth Walker III in 2021.

In the first half, Corum had 103 rushing yards and a touchdown on 17 carries before leaving with an apparent knee injury.

Michigan kicker Jake Moody secured the victory with nine seconds left on a 35-yard field goal, continuing the Wolverines' 11-game win streak that started against Colorado State in the season opener.

The Wolverines will take on undefeated Ohio State on the road at noon Saturday.

No. 4 TCU squeaks out road win vs. Baylor

No. 4 TCU's trend of single-score wins continued Saturday afternoon at Baylor.

The Horned Frogs allowed 501 yards of offense and four touchdowns, while their offense recorded four scores and 442 yards.

After Emari Demercado capped off an 11-play, 90-yard touchdown drive with 2:07 left in the game, kicker Griffin Kell secured the win on a 40-yard field goal with no timeouts left, giving the Horned Frogs a one-point victory: their fifth game decided by eight points or less.

TCU will look to continue its 11-game win streak at home against Iowa State 4 p.m. Saturday.
