CHALMETTE, La. (WGNO) — A Chalmette native has opened his own oil change business in his hometown.
St. Bernard Parish officials said Costa 10 Minute Oil Change, a drive-through oil change service, opened its doors on Friday, Feb. 16. The shop offers 10-minute, stay-in-your-car oil changes with no appointment needed.

According to the parish, the business is owned by Armand Duvio, who graduated from Chalmette High School in 1996.
He’s owned a Costa Oil shop in Gulfport, Mississippi for several years and told parish officials that he’s always had the goal of opening another store in Chalmette.
“Excited to invest in the community that gave me such a great childhood,” he said.
Costa 10 Minute Oil Change is located at 8242 West Judge Perez Drive.
