Champaign Co. Humane Society launches new rehoming program

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — The Champaign County Humane Society is unveiling a new program to help pets find new homes without being placed in a shelter.

It’s called Home to Home. The Humane Society said it is a free tool that pet owners, foster providers and adopters can use to bypass the shelter and find a new home for animals. Current animal guardians can learn firsthand about potential adopters or foster providers and find the best fit for their animals.
