It's the championship of our Pork Roll Playoff! Vote for your favorite Shore spot

Here we go again!

It's down to the final two in our Pork Roll Playoff, which started with 18 restaurants, delis and coffee shops vying for the title of best pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich at the Shore.

The fourth and final round of voting begins Wednesday, March 22, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 24.

Bing's Deli in Avon, which beat out Divi Tree in Point Pleasant Borough and Kelly's Tavern in Neptune City but lost to Johnny's Pork Roll & Coffee Too in the last round, said that while they love serving pork roll sandwiches, "what makes Bing's a success is our customers."

"Our customers are loving the challenge, and it's all great fun," they said. "As for the debate over 'pork roll' versus 'Taylor ham,' call it either and just enjoy!"

We've made it to the championship round of the Pork Roll Playoff! Who has the best sandwich at the Shore: Johnny's Pork Roll or Beach Shack?

Now, let's get voting!

Johnny's Pork Roll and Coffee Too (Red Bank) vs. Beach Shack Deli (Point Pleasant Beach)

The championship comes down to a shop that is one of the biggest names in pork roll in New Jersey and a beach town spot open May through September.

The sandwiches at Johnny's in Red Bank are made with pork roll that is sliced thin and cooked till crispy (owner John Yarusi treats it like bacon). For summer visitors in Point Pleasant Beach, a day isn't complete without a breakfast sandwich from the seasonal Beach Shack Deli.

Come back next week to see the winner!
