DETAILED FORECAST:

OVERNIGHT: Clearing skies overnight and cooling off into the lower 60s. Some patchy fog is possible by daybreak, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs.

THURSDAY: Any fog early will give way to mostly sunny skies, then partly cloudy as a cold front moves a bit closer to the area. There could be a few sprinkles or light showers in the afternoon to early evening. Highs near 80 degrees. Breeze picks up during the afternoon. Skies clear into Thursday night and dew points drop. Low temperatures expected in the mid-50s.

FRIDAY: An excellent weather day. Sunshine, low humidity, and cooler temperatures. We’ll begin the day in the upper 50s and should reach the upper 70s by afternoon. Open the windows!

SATURDAY: Nice weather continues! It will be a cool start in the 50s. Highs climb to around 80 for the afternoon.

SUNDAY: A slight chance for showers passes through early in the day, then partly cloudy skies expected Sunday afternoon. High temperatures run below average in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.

MONDAY: Partly cloudy with a chance for a few showers or thunderstorms. Temperatures continue to be comfortable with highs on either side of 80 degrees.

TUESDAY: A warm and dry day with few clouds. Highs in the upper 70s

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. Highs in the upper 80s.
