The biggest changes we’ll see this fall is Longview is moving up from 5A-D1 to 6A, putting them in the same district as Tyler Legacy. Longview won their last state championship at the 6A level.

Pine Tree is moving out of 5A-D2 to 4A-D1, while Jacksonville will move up to 5A-D2 from 4A-D1. Canton will be moving out of a district with Carthage, Rusk, and Bullard, to playing mostly Dallas-area teams.
