Take your love to new heights this Valentine’s Day.

One lucky couple can enjoy a private dinner on the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building on Feb. 14 — but it will cost a cool $10,000.

The experience, dubbed “Empire for Two,” was cooked up by Chef Morgan Jarrett of STATE Grill and Bar, and it’s already attracted interest from numerous cashed-up couples willing to fork out the five-figure sum for the date of a lifetime.

“I think the Empire State is the most romantic building in New York City,” Jarrett told The Post on Thursday, saying the romantic idea was inspired by the classic Nora Ephron rom-com “Sleepless in Seattle.

In that swoon-inducing movie, Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks have their long-awaited “meet-cute” on Empire State’s 86th floor.

This Valentine’s Day, the paramours who pay $10,000 for the classy affair will be treated to a private tour of that floor’s observatory while they sip on glasses of Champagne — before they ascend 16 more stories for dinner.

In the intimate and enclosed 102nd-floor observatory, the lucky lovebirds will be serenaded by a musician as they enjoy food from a three-course menu made by Jarrett.

“I have some ingredients that I like to work with that fall in line with Valentine’s Day,” Jarrett explained, dishing on her custom creations. “There’s beautiful hues of pinks and reds.”

Festive foods include a radicchio Caesar salad and a mouth-watering cheesecake dessert complete with cherry compote.

The mouthwatering meal will no doubt be just as mind-blowing as the views — which have been previously dubbed “the best in the world.”

(This means the 102nd Floor Observatory now looks a little different than it did in 1957’s “An Affair To Remember,” when Cary Grant’s character Nickie waited in vain for the arrival of Deborah Kerr’s Terry.)

But if you can’t fork out $10,000 for the private dinner on the 102nd floor, don’t fret — there’s still a way to enjoy a romantic Valentine’s date with your loved one at the Empire State Building.

Jarrett is the head chef at STATE Grill and Bar, the iconic building’s flagship restaurant, located on the ground floor.

There, she’s also created a special three-course prix fixe menu for a more down-to-earth price of $89.

Several of those menu items have been specifically inspired by “Sleepless In Seattle,” with Jarrett leaning into that city’s love of seafood fare.

There’s also a lobster Newberg potpie inspired by the “Sleepless In Seattle” scene where Tom Hanks visits that city’s Pike Place Market.
