Three days after a 91-58 season-opening win against Robert Morris, the Ohio State men's basketball team will return to action with a Thursday evening game against Charleston Southern at Value City Arena.
It will be the first-ever meeting between the Buckeyes and the Buccaneers, who opened their season Monday with an 83-52 win against non-Division-I foe Toccoa Falls. Charleston Southern was picked to finish last in the 10-team Big South Conference in the league's preseason poll.
The Buckeyes will again be without third-year wing Gene Brown III, who missed the exhibition game against Chaminade and the Robert Morris game while in concussion protocol. Otherwise, Ohio State looks to have a healthy roster for its second game of the season.
