Charlevoix Public Library hosts summertime music concerts
CHARLEVOIX — The Charlevoix Public Library is once again the place to be for live music in the summer.
The library's SummerFolk and Jazz @ The Library series continues this summer during June, July and August. Billy McAllister also returns to present "Swingin’ with Frank Sinatra and Friends."
Concerts are outside in the Children’s Garden, so guests can bring their own chairs if they wish. The rain location is in the library's Community Room.
The SummerFolk Concert Series, starting the second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m., includes:
June 12: Blake Elliott
July 10: Kate Hinote Trio
Aug. 14: Evan Archambo
Sept. 11: Jackie & Gary

Jazz @ The Library, from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesdays in July and August, includes:
July 5: Nancy Stagnitta, Flute
July 12: Bill & Laurie Sears, Sax & Sax/Flute

July 26: Mike & Michelle Davis, Sax & Flute
Aug. 2: Crispin Campbell, Cello
Aug. 9: Little Big Band: Mike Hunter, Trombone; Bill Sears, Sax
Aug. 16: Family & Friends
