  • Charlize Theron is looking extra fierce these days.

  • The 47-year-old actress just dropped the most epic snap on Instagram. In it, she’s rocking a sparkly naked dress layered over a black bodysuit—and wow, her entire bod is next-level toned!

  • To stay in shape, especially for her action roles, Charlize likes to train at least four times a week—usually doing yoga, Pilates, or indoor cycling.

Charlize Theron is incredibly busy, what with her Fast X movie out and all. But she took a quick timeout for a few mirror selfies that are kind of everything.

In new Instagram pics, the 47-year-old actress is wearing a sparkly mesh naked dress layered over a black bodysuit. She paired the look with a drapey blazer and seriously toned legs for days that poured into black socks and heels.

“Something cheeky in the works…😉,” she joked in the caption.

Cue people totally freaking out in the comments. “Damn 🔥🔥🔥,” wrote January Jones. “Have you ever not looked perfect in a picture at any time?????” someone else said.

Charlize has been all about the leggy moments lately. There was this pantless pic:

How’d she get so strong? For starters, Charlize is an action star, and apparently she goes all in while filming. She recently dropped a photo on Instagram from what appears to be a movie trailer that showed a slew of bruises on her bicep as she used a Theragun:

Charlize has made it clear that she puts in the work for those roles. She previously told Glamour in 2017 that she trained for her role as a spy in Atomic Blonde by doing a mix of martial arts and boxing. “It was tough,” she said. “It’s hard.”

Charlize has also raved about the power of Pilates. “It’s totally changed my body,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

That’s not ~all~ Charlize does. She also does 90-minute power yoga classes twice a week and indoor cycling up to four times a week, per Women's Health Australia. But Charlize is also just active. “I’m lucky I've never been a couch potato,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

On the food front, Charlize shared that she regularly drinks green juices…because her team recommends them. “I have some green juices here because that’s what we have to do,” she said. “They give them to me, and I take direction really well.”
