As with most major holidays, a lot of businesses will be closed on Christmas Day. But if you need to make a last minute grocery store run for your holiday gathering, you’re in luck.

Several stores around Charlotte will be open on Christmas Eve for shoppers — with adjusted holiday hours.

Here’s a list of what you can expect to be open if you need any key ingredients for your Christmas dish:

  • Aldi: Open on Christmas Eve with modified hours depending on location. Closed on Christmas.

  • Costco: Open on Christmas Eve until 5 p.m. Closed on Christmas.

  • Food Lion: Open on Christmas Eve until 6 p.m. Closed on Christmas.

  • Harris Teeter: Open on Christmas Eve until 7 p.m. Closed on Christmas.

  • Lowes Foods: Open on Christmas Eve until 6 p.m. Closed on Christmas.

  • Publix: Open on Christmas Eve until 7 p.m. but some hours may vary. Closed on Christmas.

What about drug stores and pharmacies?

According to RetailMeNot, many CVS and Walgreens locations will also be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with adjusted hours.
