Chazz Palminteri will bring one performance of his autobiographical one-man show A Bronx Tale to the Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theater in Clearwater on March 20, 2022.

A Bronx Tale is a coming-of-age story that chronicles young Calogero as he navigates the temptations of organized crime and the values of his blue-collar father.

Palminteri wrote and acted in the show on the stage before it inspired the 1993 film starring and directed by Robert DeNiro. Palminteri also wrote the screenplay of the film and played the lead role of Sonny, the mafia boss.

In addition to the film, the show inspired a Broadway musical.

Tickets go on sale May 20 and range from $55 to $65. They’re available at rutheckerdhall.com or by calling the box office at 727-791-7400, Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. only.
