Part of the city's expanding Chinese food scene, Vanessa Liu's Chongqing House began with a mission to share Sichuanese street food, notes The Dallas Observer. Must-try items include the jelly noodles served with spicy sesame sauce and rice crusts, meaty stews poured from a pot right at your table onto a platter of rice cakes. The menu also features main dishes like honey walnut shrimp, spicy lamb with cumin and storm fish fillets topped with peppers and scallions.
The Yellow Chilli
Head over to 5700 Legacy Drive, Suite A9 and you'll find The Yellow Chilli, a new Indian spot.
With dishes designed by master chef Sanjeev Kapoor, this upscale eatery's menu includes dals, rice and meat dishes as well as cocktails and desserts. Order the Peshawari naan, which has dried fruit, for the table and feast on dishes like Lallu-Musa daal (creamy lentil stew), butter chicken and the mixed vegetable platter. Thirsty? Try the rose phirni cocktail or masala mint cooler.
Honey Bare is a new waxing and sugaring spot that's located at 5700 Legacy Drive, Suite A3.
"We decided waxing should be a relaxing , if not fun experience," the owners wrote on the business' Yelp profile.
Expect a full range of waxing and sugaring services, ranging from eyebrow and lips to full Brazilian, plus plenty of pampering. Before or after your service, enjoy a complimentary cocktail or latte with a petit four.
