American Horror Story is coming back, and Kim K is with it.

American Horror Story: Delicate | Official Teaser - Rock-a-Bye | FX

It’s pretty typical for an AHS teaser to not really reveal too much. We see a bunch of women with long white hair and black gloves, scenes of a bird nest, what looks like in vitro fertilization, and an eerie cradle rocking to a lullaby. There are definite Rosemary’s Baby vibes to the whole thing, but other than that, we still don't know too much.

What we do know is that this season will be the first season of the show to be adapted from a book. In Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine, an actress named Anna Alcott has been trying for years to get pregnant through IVF treatments. After she does, her doctor tells her she’s suffered a miscarriage, but Alcott can still feel the baby moving inside her.

AHS has gone down the Rosemary’s Baby route before, starting all the way back in the first season and going through Apocalypse. In Murder House, the ghost of Tate Langdon raped Vivien Harmon, causing her to get pregnant with a baby that would become the Anti-Christ. When that baby grew up, he was played by Cody Fern in the Apocalypse season.

Will this new evil baby face off against the Anti-Christ we already have? Is the Anti-Christ involved? Or is this a completely different evil baby story?

American Horror Story: Delicate also stars Zachary Quinto and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez and will premiere later this year.
