Check road conditions, closures here as winter storm strikes Akron, northern Ohio

The National Weather Service is forecasting snow for Sunday night, and the agency is pretty sure about it.

Saturday's forecast calls for the likelihood roads will be covered throughout the Akron area come Monday morning, with a 100% chance of precipitation.

This first potential snow event across northern Ohio is shaping up to be disruptive, but not likely one for the record books.
