Check out the winners from Pacific View, Marmonte and Tri-Valley swimming finals

The Ventura High girls team and the Rio Mesa boys team earned team titles at the Pacific View League Swimming Championships on Friday at Oxnard High.

In the girls meet, Ventura finished first with 460 points, Buena was second with 219, Oxnard took third with 169, Rio Mesa was fourth with 98, Pacifica placed fifth with 91, and Channel Islands was sixth with 84.

In the boys meet, Rio Mesa took first with 305 points, Buena finished second with 279, Ventura placed third with 191.50, Oxnard was fourth with 184.50, Pacifica placed fifth with 147, and Channel Islands was sixth with 62.

For the Ventura girls team, Emily Wright set two meet records by winning the 200 IM in 2:11.03 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:06.06. Sarah Beckman was also a double winner, finishing first in the 100 freestyle in 52.77 and 100 butterfly in 57.50. Ella Montano won the 50 freestyle in 25.32 and Macy Dall won the 100 backstroke in 1:03.97.

Dall, Wright, Beckman and Montano won the 200 IM relay in 1:50.58. Wright, Delaney Shelton-Burrier, Montano and Beckman won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:42.75. Emily Gonzalez, Kelsee Espitia, Eva Lechner-Hill and Shelton-Burrier won the 400 freestyle relay in 3:51.97.

Buena's Kendall Nagaoka won the 200 freestyle in 2:06.24 and Oxnard's Paige Taylor won the 500 freestyle in 5:33.98.

For the Rio Mesa boys team, Nicholas Santander won the 200 freestyle in 1:44.97 and the mixed 100 freestyle in 48.54. Nicolas de Greef won the 50 freestyle in 22.17, Michael Soho won the 500 freestyle in 5:22.83, and Jaiden Monroe won the 100 backstroke in 54.02. Monroe, Sebastian Cornejo, Santander and Soho won the 200 IM relay in 1:42.58. Santander, Monroe, Soho and de Greef won the 400 freestyle relay in 3:23.33.

For Buena, Ethan Okun won the 200 IM in 1:59.13 and 100 butterfly in 53.00, Nicolas Furneaux won the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.59, and Liam Besand won the mixed 50 freestyle in 22.53. Besand, Shawn Coyner, Furneaux and Okun on the 200 freestyle relay in 1:30.58.

Ventura's Jake Eulenhoefer won the 100 freestyle in 49.08.

Marmonte League

Oaks Christian School won both team titles at the Marmonte League Swimming Championships on Friday at Westlake High.

In the boys meet, Oaks Christian took first with 490 points, Westlake finished second with 470, Newbury Park was third with 354, Agoura placed fourth with 258, and Calabasas was fifth with 123.

In the girls meet, Oaks Christian finished first with 429 points, Westlake was second with 425, Newbury Park placed third with 376, Agoura took fourth with 247, and Calabasas was fifth with 183.

The Lions boys team had two double winners: Tyler Moore won the 50 freestyle in 21.50 seconds and 100 freestyle in 48.09, and Joshua McBride won the 200 IM in 2:01.12 and 500 freestyle in 4:54.97. Micah Chang won the 100 backstroke in 55.93. Oaks Christian won the 200 IM boys relay in 1:40.06 and 400 freestyle relay in 3:18.48.

For Westlake, Lucas Blietz won the 200 freestyle in 53.78, Donovan James won the 100 butterfly in 1:01.15, and Bryan Huang won the 100 breaststroke in 1:01.00.

Newbury Park won the 200 boys freestyle relay in 1:30.50.

Abbey Kantz was a double winner for the Lions girls team, taking first in the 100 freestyle in 56.22 and 200 freestyle in 1:59.58. Ella Wiegand won the 50 freestyle in 24.64, Kaila Ord won the 100 butterfly in 1:01.15, and Laura Kelly won the 100 backstroke in 1:01.71. Oaks Christian won the 200 IM girls relay in 1:51.77 and the 200 freestyle relay in 1:41.93.

Newbury Park's Charlotte Sams was a double winner, finishing first in the 200 IM in 2:16.67 and 100 breaststroke in 1:06.78.

Kim Costantino of Calabasas won the 500 freestyle in 5:46.47.

Westlake won the girls 400 freestyle relay in 3:52.75.

Tri-Valley League

La Reina captured the girls title and Foothill Tech won the boys title at the Tri-Valley League Swimming Championships on Friday at Cate School.

In the girls meet, La Reina finished first with 430 points, Cate was second with 365, Foothill Tech took third with 333, Villanova Prep was fourth with 174, St. Bonaventure placed fifth with 93, Laguna Blanca was seventh with 74, and Bishop Diego was seventh with 44.

In the boys meet, Foothill Tech finished first with 427 points, Cate was second with 419, St. Bonaventure took third with 133, Villanova Prep was fourth with 102, and Bishop Diego placed fifth with 42.

Leading La Reina was Ashley Rush, who won the 100 freestyle in 57.03 seconds and the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.12. Sophia Leal won the 100 backstroke in 1:03.49 for the Regents. Leal, Rush, Nyrie Krumian and Madison Tomich won the 200 IM relay in 2:00.57. Leal, Zsofia Kovacs, Tomich and Rush won the 400 freestyle relay in 4:00.51.

Foothill Tech's Charlie Woo-Bloxberg won the 200 freestyle in 1:57.62 and 500 freestyle in 5:09.84.

Villanova Prep's Ida Tully-Giles won the 100 butterfly with a school-record time of 1:07.05.

Laguna Blanca's Kendall Keshen won the 50 freestyle in 25.47 and 200 IM in 2:15.19.

Cate won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:50.50.

For the Foothill Tech boys, Brandon Rogers won the 100 freestyle in 51.55. Rogers, Alex Janone, Lucca Postma and Levi Davis won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:38.57.

Cate's Zach White won the 200 freestyle in 1:51.59 and 500 freestyle in 4:59.22. Cyrus Symington won the 200 IM in 1:59.96 and 100 butterfly in 53.79. Phin Stephenson won the 100 breaststroke in 1:05.52. Cate won the 200 IM relay in 1:43.95 and 400 freestyle relay in 3:30.49.

Villanova Prep's Luigi Travi won the 50 freestyle in 23.07 and 100 backstroke in 56.90.
