Chef Rino Roma cooks up cicada bruschetta: It's what's for dinner

As billions of cicadas get ready to emerge, the fascination around the bugs is ramping up, and one part of that interest is cicada cuisine. Cicadas are low carb, low fat, full of protein and eaten all over the world. Chef Rino Roma is a classically trained chef and the owner of Mama Roma in Odenton who also has his own cooking show on YouTube. Roma came up with a fun Asian and Italian-inspired dish for the cicadas -- bruschetta with ricotta cheese spread and grilled peppers. The cicadas are mashed into the ricotta.
