Cher has appeared to admit that she "almost never" likes her own music.
The Believe singer, 77, has been making music since the 60s, both with her former husband Sonny Bono and as a solo artist.
But despite her massive success, the star - who is now releasing a Christmas album - suggested in an interview with Billboard that she isn't a fan of everything she does.

Talking about her new offering, she said: "They’re not ‘Christmas Christmas’ songs, OK, they’re just great songs. And I never say that because I almost never like what I do.
"But I mean, people love it and I’m happy. I’m so particular, but I love the songs and everyone who hears them loves them.”
The If I Could Turn Back Time singer also revealed that she had "no intention" of releasing a festive offering.
But when it was put to her by a record company she decided that she would go for it, if she could do her own version.
The result is Christmas, which includes some original songs and some that are Cher's take on Yuletide classics.
It is set to be unveiled later this month and the star's army of fans are already desperate to get their hands on it.
"So ready!" one person posted in the comments section after Cher shared a shot of the cover on Instagram.
"That's the only thing I want this year!!!!" said someone else, as another fan wrote: "She is truly the gift that keeps on giving."
